Heston's Feasts

Recently discovered an amazing chef, Heston Blumenthal.You probably saw him on master chef, creating fruit out of meat. Nuts. But  I just love how he can get inspiration from anywhere and creates themes for meals, like tonights feast Gothic themed. Blood pudding.. yum. His meals are fantastic to look at. The whole eating experience. Its really a shame I can't find any good pictures.
